🎂 What age can children start visiting Funfinity?

Funfinity welcomes children from age 4, accompanied by an adult. We have a specially designed area for younger children with age-appropriate games. For children 6 and older, our game library offers a very wide range of board games. And of course, Funfinity is also a place for adults, with or without children! All generations are welcome.

👨‍👩‍👧 Are children supervised?

Parents drop off their children and do not remain on-site during sessions. All activities are supervised by qualified and trained staff. During free-play sessions, our team is present to guide children, explain rules, and ensure a safe and positive environment. For facilitated workshops, professional facilitators lead structured group sessions with clear educational objectives. School trips and recreation centers also benefit from dedicated, professional supervision.

📅 Do I need to book in advance?

For free-play sessions, no reservation is necessary. You can visit during opening hours at your convenience. However, we recommend booking for saturdays and school holidays when attendance is higher. Reservation is required for: facilitated workshops, special events, themed evenings, birthdays, and any venue privatization. You can book online or by phone.

🏫 Is it suitable for schools and school groups?

Absolutely! Funfinity is specially designed to welcome school groups from kindergarten through high school. We offer educational programs adapted to each level, with clear learning objectives: teamwork, problem solving, social skills development. Teachers receive an educational guide before the visit. 📍 Where is Funfinity located?

Funfinity is currently in pre-launch phase. The final space will be located at Highfields Centre, 96 Melbourne rd, Leicester LE2 ODS, easily accessible by car and public transportation. Free parking is available nearby. While awaiting the opening, you can sign up for our pre-launch list to be notified first about the opening and receive exclusive offers for early visitors!

⏱️ How long can we stay?

A standard session lasts minimum 2 hours, giving you time to discover multiple games. You're welcome to stay longer based on availability, at no extra charge! Members enjoy unlimited access and can stay as long as they wish during opening hours. For private events and workshops, duration is specified when booking.

🍕 Can we eat on-site?

Funfinity has a bar and snack area where you can purchase hot and cold beverages, snacks (starting at £1.50), homemade pastries, and light meals. Bringing your own food is not permitted, except for very young children (bottles, baby food) and people with specific dietary restrictions (allergies, medical diets). For private events and birthdays, we offer buffet packages upon request.

Yes, absolutely! Funfinity is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). Our space includes an elevator, accessible restrooms, adjustable-height tables, and wide circulation aisles. Our game library features over 500 games carefully selected for their educational and entertainment value. You'll find strategy games, party games, cooperative games, puzzle games, children's and family games, plus the latest releases. Our collection is regularly updated with new titles. Each game comes with an information card, and our team is here to guide your choices based on your preferences and skill level.

🚗 Is there parking?

A free public parking lot is located directly across from Funfinity, making access quick and convenient. The space is also very well served by public transportation, with a bus stop right outside the establishment. We encourage eco-friendly transportation to reduce our environmental impact. Bike racks are available at the entrance.
